Ok Hawks, the season is really heating up and we are starting to see some impressive growth in our runners.  This is our second week of our 5-week Strength Session, so be prepared to work hard! Saturday we compete in the Del Oro Invitational, be sure to check out the Events page on the Team App for more information.

Monday - Intervals at Lock Hills
(Meet at STONEGATE ELEMENTARY)
  • 10min Warm Up & Cool Down
  • Lock Hills 800m Intervals
    • White 4 x 800m
    • Yellow: 5 x 800m
    • Grey: 6 x 800m
    • Black: 8 x 800m
  • 2min Rest in between.

Tuesday - Rest & Stretch

Wednesday - On your own
  • White and Yellow Groups: Rest & Stretch
  • Gray and Black Groups: Easy Run, 3-4 miles

Thursday - Marshall Hills Fartlek Run
(Meet at BRIDGEWAY LAKES BOATHOUSE)
  • 10 min WU/CD
  • White/Yellow: 1, 2, 3___3, 2, 1
  • Gray/Black: 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1

Friday - Rest & Stretch

Saturday - Race Day! Del Oro Invitational. Please see the Event Page

Sunday - LONG Easy Run
  • Find a friend, Find some hills, enjoy the weekend.
  • White: 3 miles
  • Yellow: 4 miles
  • Grey: 5 miles
  • Black: 6 miles
  • ALL: 6-10 Strides afterwards and Stretch.

REMEMBER: What you put into your training will dictate what you get out of your races. Train Hard, Win Easy!
