Another week under us and now we get to look ahead to our first track meet!!! Be prepared for details coming from Coach Eric on the website and/or via the Team App.

MONDAY: Rest, feel free to enjoy some stretching as well.
TUESDAY: 800 Repeats @ LAKE LOOP.
SUNDAY: POD WORKOUT - Easy run
TOTAL MILES FOR THE WEEK:
G= 19-21 miles
B= 20-24 miles
